More than just a SoCal holiday, Cinco de Mayo is a mindset. Growing up in Southern California, lots of things rub off on you. Take for instance the Cinco de Mayo celebration. Its a great time to get together with friends, have some tacos and maybe play a little golf. Scotty decided to celebrate the 5th of May and make some fun items like this Clip Tool.
